Have you had a change of mind?
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Adventure Living Limited will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:
– You return the item within 28 days of purchase;
– You produce your original Receipt from AL when retuning the goods
– The item is in a full as new re-saleable condition including:
a) It must be in its original packaging, including any instruction manual and all accessories;
b) It must be as brand new and unused. Any used item will not be accepted by return unless clearly faulty
c) The item must be in its original condition;
d) In the case of an original security seal or shrink wrap, these must be intact
If these requirements are not satisfied Adventure Living reserve the right not to offer a refund for change of mind.
Other returns
Adventure Living Limited will accept product returns and provide you with an applicable repair or refund where:
– The product is clearly faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
– The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
– The product does not match our description; and
– You are able to provide us with proof of purchase for the particular product.
Please note, hat in particular cases, Adventure Living Limited may have to send the product back to the manufactures repair/service agent to determine the exact nature of the problem. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for the purpose it is designed for, or not matching its description, Adventure Living Limited will promptly offer a repair, exchange or refund as deemed applicable.
If you are unable to provide Proof of Purchase, Adventure Living Limited reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
Where you may seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a ‘deal’, Adventure Living Limited reserves the right to refund the price in accordance with the “deal” eligibility. In the case of a reduced sale value for multiple purchases, ALL will refund the retail price from within the structure of the “deal” and not based on the original retail price.
No refund will be given on any free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.

If you are experiencing operating difficulties with a product purchased, simply make contact with us and we will work with you to make sure that you become familiar with the product and its workings.
Many operating difficulties can be quickly solved with the right advice and we will do our best to assist you at all times.
Adventure Living Limited reserves the right to:
Assess the condition and age of any and all returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused due to particular circumstance or if we believe that the product has been misused in any way.
Please note:
– Your original Adventure Living Limited receipt is the best and easiest proof of purchase
– Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
– Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
– Please return any accessories and manuals supplied with product
– Electrical and Electronic products include digital cameras, computers, satellite navigation products, mobile phones, phones, game consoles, game console games and computer games and other software, iPods, MP3 players and downloadable products including iTunes, phone cards and mobile recharge vouchers, ringtones, wallpapers and games).
