After a detailed quality inspection of your order, we will dispatch by NZ Couriers (or other as deemed appropriate) unless otherwise advised.
We will dispatch the order to the address that you provide. Fixed Shipping costs are as listed for each product with a discount for purchase of more than one item/set. Please contact us for a discounted freight price for multiple purchases.
For all easily transportable goods we recommend Courier delivery.
We will endeavor to ship your order within 48 hours of payment clearance.
We will do our best to handle any enquiries you may have on priority basis, and try to answer these with no delay where possible.
• Please note: Additional postage charges may apply if due to size or the total weight of the order it needs to be split into separate parcels.
• Delivery is not available on public holidays.

New Zealand Delivery Options
NOTE: New Zealand Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.
• Delivery charges cover packaging, and delivery to your address. Customers on the NZ Rural Delivery Postal route or on the South Island need to allow two extra working days for delivery.
International Delivery Options
• International delivery within 12-23 working days from receipt of order to international customers. Cost to be advised.
• When reordering an item from a return, unless the item is faulty, full postage rates will apply to the return.
• For agreed export, any taxes incurred within your country remain your responsibility at all times. All NZ purchases include Goods and Services Tax as per NZ Government regulations.
